**Church Street Apartment is cleaned by our trained housekeepers who will continue to wear appropriate PPE during the entire turnover. All bed linen and towels provided are laundered by a professional laundry company and arrive bagged & direct from laundry to property. Anti-bacterial hand soap & hand sanitiser are provided.**

This modern luxury apartment lies in the heart of Broughty Ferry. You are immersed in an eclectic mix of shops, bars & restaurants. A short walk from the beach or a few minutes drive to Monifieth golf courses. You will find everything you need, want and much more.

‘The Ferry’ as it’s known is a suburb four miles east of Dundee and home to an eclectic mix of pubs, restaurants, sights to see and Broughty Ferry beach.

• Keys are collected from a security lock box, instructions and entry code will be sent on the day of your arrival.
• Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.
